With ECO Take Back, there is a zero landfill policy for all electronics. Your device gets either reused in whole or properly dismantled and recycled here in the U.S.
Additionally, Eco International meets all Federal DOD data destruction guidelines. Eco International uses Department of Defense triple wipe standard (DOD 5220.22m) on all Hard Drive equipment that is deemed to be reusable. All hard drives and memory devices deemed unusable and/or not authorized for reuse are physically destroyed.
